Katz, a successful CPA with experience in both public and private sectors joined Host.net in May of 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer, adding to his duties, he has been appointed CEO as of December 3rd, 2015. His combined duties include responsibility for the overall management of the organization, development and execution of strategic plans, evaluation of new business opportunities and technologies, the overall integration of those opportunities and ensuring that the overall synergies and efficiencies are realized. Katz works closely with the staff, vendors, and partners to ensure that the organization is operating efficiently and providing high levels of service. Katz, a believer that relationships are a key component of any organization, is a strong supporter of customer, partner and vendor service and relations. It is his intention to make sure the levels of service at Host.net are best in class. This coupled with continued state of the art products will add to the continued success of Host.net.
Katz' prior experience includes a key position at Hunter Douglas in their Window Décor Division. Katz spent ten years at Hunter Douglas and was deeply involved with cost management including sourcing, streamlining business practices, metric creation and reporting, to ensure Company goals were met and exceeded. Hunter Douglas is a high-end manufacturer, fabricator and distributor of window coverings. Most recently Katz worked at Carl's Patio, a luxury retailer of patio furniture and related accessories where he spent four year performing similar functions: streamlining financial reporting, implementing cost saving initiatives, creating shareholder value, M&A, producing bank and board packages/ presentations as well as implementing key performance metrics to drive business success. Katz attended Kent State University concentrating on business management and subsequently the University of Pittsburgh concentrating on accounting.
When not working, Katz enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys working-out and playing hockey. He is an advocate of community success, serving on boards including Easter Seals of Broward County and working with Kent State and Florida Atlantic University on community projects.
Chesal has been with Host.net since January 2004 and has been responsible for the company's sales, marketing and business development initiatives, building on 30 years of diversified experience in sales, marketing and executive management.
Chesal previously worked for BellSouth, Teleport Communications Group (TCG), AT&T, Florida Digital Network, Teleplace, WebUnited and ProtectPoint in a variety of increasingly senior positions. He spearheaded initiatives for the planning, development and implementation of the go-to-market strategies for the voice, data, and managed network security services offered by those companies.
Chesal is involved in various civic, non-profit, and industry organizations including the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of the South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA), IT Palooza Co-chair, Florida Atlantic University ITOM Advisory Board, member Palm Beach State College Business Partnership Council for B.A.S. Degree in Information Management, South University Information Systems & Management External PAC member, Director Florida Foreign Trade Association, Inaugural Chair of the American Cancer Society-Relay for Life Deerfield Beach/Lighthouse Point/Hillsboro Beach, Big Brothers Big Sisterscelebrity Kabuki chef, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Volunteer Leadership Initiative, Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Trustee, Workforce Alliance Infotech Workforce Development, NSU- Graduate School of Computer and Information Science and Huizenga School of Entrepreneurship, Past President of the Deerfield Beach Founders' Days, and the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival and Fishing Rodeo Committees. He has been a featured speaker at Startup Quest, Leadership Broward,and the Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center. He was listed as a "must-know" contact in Palm Beach County in Florida Trend Magazine and an inaugural member of the TechWeek 100 in association with eMerge Americas. Recently, Chesal has taken to the road as a cyclist raising money for the Miami Dolphins Ride DCC benefitting the Sylvester Cancer Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Cycle for Life, and the 165 mile SMARTride from Miami to Key West. He was named Volunteer of the Year by the Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce for his dedication to the community and his work with the American Cancer Society. Chesal also shares his talents as the drummer for Gee Force, The World Famous Low Tides and several other local bands. And last but not least – ask him about his granddaughter June and soon to be born grandson. He "might" show you a picture!

Calderon joined Host.net in October 2006 as its Facility Director. He oversees the day-to-day needs of each of the company’s data centers as well as setting long-range goals for achieving optimum performance, reliability and sustainability at each site.
Calderon started his career as a Network Manager for Mid Manhattan Medical in New York City, where he oversaw network administration for more than 30 sites on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He later worked as a network technician/engineer for Equinix, Inc. at their facilities in Newark and Secaucus, New Jersey.
Moreno joined Host.net in September 2007 as the Director of Provisioning and Billing when Host.net acquired WebUnited/Expedient Florida from Continental Broadband. She oversees vendor communication, installations, and accounts receivables, drawing on her extensive experience in vendor management, auditing, accounting, and financial analysis of mergers and acquisitions.
Moreno has played an important role in evolving and streamlining the provisioning department at Host.net. She has been instrumental in creating the policies and procedures necessary to provide customers the best possible installation experience and smooth transition to Host.net services.
Prior to joining Host.net, Moreno served as the Provisioning Manager and Assistant Controller for Continental Broadband Florida d/b/a WebUnited. She enjoyed a successful seven-year tenure with WebUnited where she started in the accounting department and assumed successive responsibilities in the areas of human resources, provisioning, billing and payables.
Epstein co-founded Host.net along with Jeffrey Davis and serves as its senior advisor. He brings over 20 years of experience in direct network design, operations, and staff management. His responsibilities at Host include mergers and acquisitions, as well as the integration of acquired companies into the Host.net network and product line. Epstein has also taken a keen interest in building settlement-free interconnection (peering) relationships with other industry-leading networks.
Hollinger joined Host.net in April 2010. He is responsible for operations and management of the Network Operations Center. He works directly with key customer contacts, as well as our Customer Support, Sales and Engineering groups to address any customer concerns; while at times, directly leading the troubleshooting efforts for complex issues. His primary role is to maintain and continuously improve customer support through procedural refinements.
